This chilli paneer is exclusively made with Beetroot , Carrot and Beans Puree. We are not using any artificial colours and sauces. It is a very tasty and healthy recipe which can be prepared at home and enjoy with your whole family.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer Cubes
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 3 tablespoon Puree made of beetroot, carrot and beans
- 2 tablespoon Curd
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Switch on the stove , keep it on medium flame and Keep the Pan
- Add Two Tablespoons of Ghee and Oil
- Add Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder,
- Add One and a half teaspoon of salt,
- Add Half a teaspoon of ajwain seeds, cumin seeds and dry fenugreek leaves
- Saute for two minutes
- Add a small cup of cashew nuts and three green chillies
- Add the finely chopped onions and garlic
- Saute for five minutes
- In a blender add three tablespoons of beetroot, carrot and beans puree and two tablespoons of yoghurt/curd. Blend it into a smooth paste and Add the mixture to the pan once the other ingredients are properly cooked.
- Mix it thoroughly
- Add Half a Tablespoon of chilli Powder and Mix it thoroughly
- Let it cook for two minutes
- Add the Paneer Cubes
- Mix it until the flavour evenly spreads to the paneer cubes
- Chilli Paneer is ready to serve
- Now its time to finally serve it and prepare the lunch box -
- Serve it with Rice, Make Sandwiches and Rolls
- "It makes the dish more healthy and delicious."
