  • 500 gm Mutton minced
  • 150 gm Channa Dal
  • 5 tsp Fried Onion or paste paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste stir
  • 1 tsp Garam Masalajabitri garam masalajabitri
  • 1 tsp Chilli reded powderl
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4-5 Black Cardamom
  • 7-8 Cardamom
  • 4 leaves Bay Leaves bay
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 10-12 cashews
  • 15-20 Raisin
  • 1 tsp Cumin shahi
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Oil as required
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Boiled mutton minced and Channa dal then make the paste.
  • Make a paste of all above mentioned spice.
  • Heat oil add masala stir and add kima and Bengal gram paste. Stir till dry, let the Doug cool. Now give shape of kebab. Add oil and shallow fry.
  • Both sides should be Brown. Now hot kebab serve with Shermaal and Chutney.
