Mushroom Soup

Mushroom Soup is a healthy dish with milk intead of water. It is good specially for children.

  • 10 to 12 mushrooms
  • 4 to 6 broccholi pieces
  • 2 tblspn butter
  • 2 tblspn chopped corriander leaves
  • 1/2 tblspn black salt
  • 1/2 tspn black pepper
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1/2 glass of water


  • Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
  • Now take a kadai and put butter in it. Now add mushroom and broccholi pieces in it. Saute it for 4 to 5 mins in the butter.
  • Now after that switch off the flame. Rest it to cool down for 2 mins. Keep 3 to 4 pieces of mushroom and broccholi.After that put them in the mixing jar and blend it by adding half glass of milk.
  • Now pour it again in the kadai start stirring while adding rest of the milk and water.
  • When it comes to first boil then you can leave the laddle. Lower the flame after first boil. Now add salt, black salt and black pepper. Mix it with the laddle. After 5 mins switch of the flame.
  • Our Mushroom Soup is ready to serve. Garnish it with chopped corriander leaves and left sauted pieces of mushroom and broccholi.
