This chilli paneer is exclusively made with Beetroot , Carrot and Beans Puree. We are not using any artificial colours and sauces. It is a very tasty and healthy recipe which can be prepared at home and enjoy with your whole family.
Switch on the stove , keep it on medium flame and Keep the Pan
Add Two Tablespoons of Ghee and Oil
Add Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder,
Add One and a half teaspoon of salt,
Add Half a teaspoon of ajwain seeds, cumin seeds and dry fenugreek leaves
Saute for two minutes
Add a small cup of cashew nuts and three green chillies
Add the finely chopped onions and garlic
Saute for five minutes
In a blender add three tablespoons of beetroot, carrot and beans puree and two tablespoons of yoghurt/curd. Blend it into a smooth paste and Add the mixture to the pan once the other ingredients are properly cooked.
Mix it thoroughly
Add Half a Tablespoon of chilli Powder and Mix it thoroughly
Let it cook for two minutes
Add the Paneer Cubes
Mix it until the flavour evenly spreads to the paneer cubes
Chilli Paneer is ready to serve
