Paneer cooked on banana leaves. Just make a paste with all ingredients then coat the paneer pieces. Pour on preheated pan with banana leaves add oil. Cook for 10 minutes then open the lid and serve on a fresh banana leaf.

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 2 teaspoon couscous
  • 2 teaspoon grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon curd
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Fresh green chillies
  • Banana leaves
  • Mustard oil
  • Mustard sauce for garnishing
  • Salt

  • Make the paneer in rectangular shape.

  • Take pumpkin seeds.

  • Take grated coconut

  • Take sesame seeds.

  • Take a few fresh green chillies.

  • Make a smooth paste with all these above ingredients.

  • Coat the paneer with the paste. Cook on preheated pan with banana leaves covered with a lid for 10 minutes.

  • Then open the lid serve on fresh banana leaf and garnish with mustard sauce.
