About Paneer Paturi
Paneer cooked on banana leaves. Just make a paste with all ingredients then coat the paneer pieces. Pour on preheated pan with banana leaves add oil. Cook for 10 minutes then open the lid and serve on a fresh banana leaf.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Paneer
- 2 tsp Couscous
- 2 tsp Grated Coconut
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Curd
- 2 tsp Oil
- leaves Coriander fresh
- Green Chillies fresh
- leaves Banana
- Mustard Oil
- Mustard Sauce or garnishing for garnishing
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make the paneer in rectangular shape.
- Take couscous or posta .
- Take pumpkin seeds.
- Take grated coconut
- Take sesame seeds.
- Take a few fresh green chillies.
- Take some fresh coriander leaves.
- Make a smooth paste with all these above ingredients.
- Coat the paneer with the paste. Cook on preheated pan with banana leaves covered with a lid for 10 minutes.
- Then open the lid serve on fresh banana leaf and garnish with mustard sauce.
