Paneer cooked on banana leaves. Just make a paste with all ingredients then coat the paneer pieces. Pour on preheated pan with banana leaves add oil. Cook for 10 minutes then open the lid and serve on a fresh banana leaf.

Instructions
Make the paneer in rectangular shape.
Take couscous or posta .
Take pumpkin seeds.
Take grated coconut
Take sesame seeds.
Take a few fresh green chillies.
Take some fresh coriander leaves.
Make a smooth paste with all these above ingredients.
Coat the paneer with the paste. Cook on preheated pan with banana leaves covered with a lid for 10 minutes.
Then open the lid serve on fresh banana leaf and garnish with mustard sauce.
