  • 500 gm Fish
  • 1/2 cup Seeds or paste mustered paste
  • 1/2 cup Couscous Paste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Paste fresh
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 tbsp Oil mustered
  • Turmeric Powder or salt and salt as required


  • Fish should be washed with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice
  • Take a mixing bowl add fish little bit turmeric powder salt and marinate
  • Add one by one all raw ingredients mustered paste, couscous paste, coconut paste, curd, green chilli paste and mustered oil. Mix properly and wrap with turmeric leaves

  • Then keep in a steamer for 20 minutes. After then take out and garnish with fresh turmeric leaves

Without dipped fried It is delicious and serve with steam rice
