Paneer Minty Sizzler On Tawa. (With Paneer Potato Cutlet, Veg’S.)

I tried this sizzler at home on iron Tawa with base mint leaves pouring butter, water on it with lovely aroma and magical taste my son enjoyed this recipe v much and family member too

  • Smash potatoes 4
  • Smash paneer and cubes
  • Onion mint bunch
  • Cheese
  • Chillyflakes
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Boil corn
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Tomatoes
  • Boil tomatoes gravy
  • Garlic cloves


  • Boil pasta or noodles and keep in side. Make tikki of smash paneer, smash potatoes adding salt, chilly and pepper and cheese. Saute paneer cubes. In a pan saute capsicum, onion and tomato. Keep little raw. You can add boil brocoli and baby corn.
  • Make sauce with boil tomatoes without skin and seeds. Add salt, pepper, oregano, chilliflakesandpepper, (while boiling tomatoes add 1potato and 1onion, garlic cloves 2and,2greenchilly).crush with hand mixie when it cool. Pour sauce on tawa.
  • Now on tawa arrange all ingredients first arrange mint leaves, tikki on that, pour sauce, arrange other saute d veg's. Boil corn and noodles or pasta pour again sauce saute d paneer cubes and lot of grated cheese. When tawa properly hot on gas pour
