as holi is around the corner and paneer contest is going platter share platform so i was thinking why not make a unique dish with paneer which should be something different and innovative. so i have made paneer nest gujiya with mawa/ khoya stuffing. it is a very delish snack . regular gujiya se ekdam hatke and delicious too .
i have put dough and ghujia into the frdige before frying it will help to get nonsticky dough and ghujia and we will easliy dip it in cornflour mixture.
2 - u can make nonfried gujia before 1 day and keep it in fridge . When your guest are arriving take out from fridge and fry .
