About Baked Chocolate Brownie Gujiya
This Baked Chocolate Brownie Gujiya is a truly unique fusion dessert that beautifully blends the traditional charm of gujiya with the irresistible taste of chocolate brownies. By combining classic whole wheat flour and semolina dough with a rich cocoa twist, this recipe delivers a delightful treat that surprises and delights with every bite.
If you love both gujiyas and brownies, this creation is sure to become a new favorite—especially during festive occasions like Holi. The outcome is unbelievably mind-blowing, and I highly recommend trying this modern take on a classic instead of the usual gujiya. Although I made this last Holi and don’t have many photos, the unforgettable flavor more than makes up for it!
