Yield / Serves
Grated Radish (Mooli) â€“ 1 bowl
Grated Beetroot â€“ Â¼ cup (optional)
Carom seeds, Coriander seeds, Red chili powder, Salt â€“ Â½ tsp each
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together to prepare the stuffing.
Take a ball of dough and divide into 2 portions. Roll out 2 full sized roti and place the stuffing between the 2 rotis. Dust little dry flour and roll out the paratha slightly with light hands.
Place the stuffed paratha on heated tawa. Cook both sides of paratha using little mustard oil.
Stuffed paratha is ready to serve with curd and pickle of your choice.
