Ingredients
- 2 cup All Purpose Flour or dough ingredients for the dough
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Stuffing khoya - 250 grams, or mawa for mawa
- 100 gm Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Semolina roasted
- 1 cup Castor Sugar
- Cardamom powdered in a mortar -pestle3-4 pieces
- Fruits chopped dry your own choice
- Desi Ghee or oil oil or for frying

Instructions
- Take a bowl put all purpose flour, salt,ghee and rub the powder with your palm so that the ghee should get mixed up properly with the flour.
- Now take the normal water and knead the dough.The dough should be little hard not too soft.Keep this dough to rest for 30 minutes in a moist kitchen cloth.
- For the stuffing - Take a wok crumble and grate the khoya and stir it till it changes its color.
- Now add sugar and green cardomom in it. Then add desiccated coconut and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Put the ready mixture in a bowl and add dry fruits in it keep aside and let it get cool.
- Divide the dough into two parts roll each part in your palms to make balls and place balls in the same bowl cover with moist kitchen towel.
- Dust the rolling board with the lightly some flour. Roll each ball with the help of a roller and make small circle. After that take a gujiya mould place the ready small small circle on it , take 1.5 or 1 tbsp of the khoya filling on one side.
- spread some water with your hand on the edges of the circles and carefully close the mould gently press the edges. Trim the extra edges and take the gujiyas out from the mould.
- deep fry them in hot ghee or refined carefully and deep fry till the gujiyas become golden in color. Drain on kitchen paper tissues. Enjoy with your family . HAPPY HOLI!!!!!!!!
