Microwave Gluten free Savory Muffins is a very easy recipe and can be done in few minutes. It is podi idli influenced savory muffin and cooked using regular idli batter, vegetables, red chili chutney powder and green chilies. It can be served as a healthy snack for all age groups and specially kids would love packing them in their snack box.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Idli batter
- 1½ tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- Salt (as required)
- 1/2 cup Vegetables (chopped, beans and carrot according to your choice)
- 5 Onion shallots (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp Channa dal (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida (for seasoning)
- Desi Ghee (as required)
- 2 to 3 Green Chillies (deseeded and chopped finely)
- ¼ inch Ginger (finely grated)

Instructions
- Add baking soda, salt and red chili chutney powder to the idli batter.
- Sauté the onion, chilies, ginger and veggies using ½ tsp of ghee. Add it to the idli batter.
- Season the spices and dal using 1 tsp of ghee.
- Add this to the batter
- Check for the salt and spice. Adjust salt accordingly.
- Grease microwave safe cups using ghee and fill ¾ level of each cup.
- Microwave on high for 7 - 8 minutes.

- Adjust the timing according to your oven.
