Spicy garlic mushrooms is very popular chinese recipe which cooked with veggies and spices. If you r mushrooms lover do you have to try this must.
Yield / Serves
400gm mushrooms (peeled and sliced)
1 medium size onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum
3 tablespoons spring onion leaves finely chopped
15nos dried red chillies
7 nos garlic pods
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cooking Oil
Grind dried red chilli, garlic, salt, sugar and lemon juice into a fine paste.
Heat oil in wok add onion, capsicum and spring onion leaves, saute for 5minutes on low flame.
Add mushrooms n cook for 2minutes on high flame.
Add paste (prepared earlier) in it n mix it well.
Now cover the lid n cook till it done.
Serve this hot as a appetizer. You are done.
