Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

Spicy garlic mushrooms is very popular chinese recipe which cooked with veggies and spices. If you r mushrooms lover do you have to try this must.

  • 400 gm mushrooms peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum
  • 3 tablespoon spring onion leaves finely chopped
  • 15 nos dried red chillies
  • 7 nos garlic pods
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Oil


  • Grind dried red chilli, garlic, salt, sugar and lemon juice into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in wok add onion, capsicum and spring onion leaves, saute for 5minutes on low flame.
  • Add mushrooms n cook for 2minutes on high flame.
  • Add paste (prepared earlier) in it n mix it well.
  • Now cover the lid n cook till it done.
  • Serve this hot as a appetizer. You are done.
