Ingredients
- 400 gm Mushrooms peeled and sliced
- 1 Onion medium size
- 3 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Spring Onion finely chopped
- 15 Red Chillies nos dried
- 7 pods Garlic nos
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Grind dried red chilli, garlic, salt, sugar and lemon juice into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in wok add onion, capsicum and spring onion leaves, saute for 5minutes on low flame.
- Add mushrooms n cook for 2minutes on high flame.
- Add paste (prepared earlier) in it n mix it well.
- Now cover the lid n cook till it done.
- Serve this hot as a appetizer. You are done.
