Ingredients
- Flour 2 cups
- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Dry yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3cup
- Butter 5 tbsp
- Egg 1
- FILLING
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Coffee pwdr 2 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Take the yeast add 1 tbsp sugar add add warm milk and whisk
- Whisk the yeast and cover, let the yeast bloom.May take 10 to 12 mins
- Take the flours, add the egg and the butter
- Add the yeast mix and knead to a dough
- At first the dough will be sticky don't worry it will hold up once we knead further for 15 to 20 mins
- Oil the dough and let it rise. May take an hour
- Once the dough has rised. Flatten it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin
- Spread the butter, add the coffee and the brown sugar and roll the dough.
- Cut the dough and place them in a baking tray. Leave some space so they rise again.
- After 30 mins bake the coffeebons in a preheated oven at 180 D Celsius for 45mins
- Drizzle some cream cheese before serving.
