Cinnabons are a famous breakfast recipe. I have used coffee for a different flavour
Yield / Serves
Flour 2 cups
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Dry yeast 1 tbsp
Butter 5 tbsp
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Coffee pwdr 2 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Take the yeast add 1 tbsp sugar add add warm milk and whisk
Whisk the yeast and cover, let the yeast bloom.May take 10 to 12 mins
Take the flours, add the egg and the butter
Add the yeast mix and knead to a dough
At first the dough will be sticky don't worry it will hold up once we knead further for 15 to 20 mins
Oil the dough and let it rise. May take an hour
Once the dough has rised. Flatten it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin
Spread the butter, add the coffee and the brown sugar and roll the dough.
Cut the dough and place them in a baking tray. Leave some space so they rise again.
After 30 mins bake the coffeebons in a preheated oven at 180 D Celsius for 45mins
Drizzle some cream cheese before serving.
