Can easily be made as uttappams or pancakes too.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Urad Dal
- 1/4 cup Moong Dal yellow
- 1/4 cup Green Moong Dal
- 1/4 cup Tur Dal
- 1/4 cup Masoor Dal
- 1/4 Cup Chana Dal
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/4 cup Moong
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda if making muffins
- Grated Carrot chopped capsicum, tomatoes, green coriander leaves, or vegetables assorted vegetables like
- 1 Green Chillies chopped

Instructions
- Wash and soak the rice and all dals, moong overnight. Next morning, grind to a smooth paste Add water to adjust consistency like idli batter.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, green chilli and all vegetables. For making muffins, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Use , silicon moulds as it will be easy to de mould. Add the baking soda and give a quick whisk. Pour into cupcake moulds and bake for 12 to 15 minutes Remove when done.
- De mould after 5 minutes. Serve hot with pudina- dhaniya chutney.
- If making as uttappams, omit the baking soda. Shallow fry on a non stick pan. Cook both sides till golden brown.
