Fried Aloo Bhindi is a very innovative and unique recipe of potato and ladies finger. It is a simple and easy but an interesting and delicious recipe. Fried aloo bhindi recipe can be prepared in less and 15-20 mins with just few basic ingredients. Here the potatoes and ladies finger are deep fried sperately and then toss it up with the spice ingredients and served as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Potato or aloo aloo peeled and cubed
- 10 Bhindi cut into rings
- Oil for deep frying
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 8 leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the aloo and fry on medium heat till it is cooked and slightly brown approximately 7-8 mins. Remove them in a bowl.
- Fry the bhindis in the same oil. Add them to the fried aloo.
- Fry the green chillies and curry leaves till crisp and switch off the heat.
- Sprinkle masala powders, Salt to taste in the aloo bhindi and mix well.
- Garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves.
