Aloo ka Lachcha is an all-time favorite snack in my house. Quick an easy snack recipe. Potatoes fried in heated oil n coated with spices.

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- Salt
- Red chilli powder for seasoning
- Chat masala powder for seasoning
- Oil for deep fry

Instructions
- Wash and peel potato and grate it with a thick grater.
- Soaked the grated potatoes in cold water. Take the muslin cloth and squeeze it well.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the grated potatoes in the frying pan enough to cover the surface. Fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Then lower the heat to medium and fry till they become golden and crisp. Take them out over paper towel.
- Repeat the process and fry potatoes in batches.

- Season fried potatoes with salt, red chilli powder and chat masala. Mix it gently.
- Aloo lacha is ready to serve. Serve this with hot cup of tea.
