- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the bhindi, tomato and potato.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cook covered on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Open the lid after 10 minutes and give a good stir. Again cook for 5 more minutes.
- Once the veggies are cooked, add the gram flour and sugar and mix well.
- Finally add the chopped coriander and turn off the stove. Serve hot.
