Fenugreek steamed veg wrap: Fenugreek leaves are one of the healthy leafy vegetables. It is widely used in all over the world.
It is good for heart health, skin care, hair care, diabetes and control cholesterol level.
I'm sharing a healthy recipe which is not deep fry, not shallow fry it is steamed. It is soft veg wrap served along with veg soup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 bowl vegetables mixed
  • 2 tbsp white peas
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder roasted
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Ghee for greasing
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the Fenugreek leaves then make a paste with adding green chillies.

  • Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, semolina and Fenugreek paste. Add water as needed to make a semi consistency batter.

  • Heat water in the steamer, put banana leaves. Apply ghee to grease the leaves.
  • Now pour the batter and cover with lid. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes then take out gently.

  • Make the wrap batch by batch as you need.
  • In other side heat a pan put oil, chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds. Then add chopped mixed veggies. Add salt, mix evenly and cook until soft.

  • Then add roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder. After then put as much veggies and wrap.
  • In other side cook veg soup. Serve the steamed wrap alongwith veg soup. In winter season it is good for health. Enjoy your tasty food.
