This wrap is made by paneer and malai. Kids also like this recipe. This recipe can be made any season. Paneer is always available.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 1 cup finely grated coconut
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup chiraunjee
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 Malai cup
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, chiraunjee and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Take another bowl add wheat flour and semolina. Add water and make a smooth batter with proper consistency.
  • Now heat a frying pan brush with refine oil. Spread batter and bake till light brown.
  • Now stuffed with mixed filling any wrap. Let it room temperature, open the wrap one side again fill with Malai and fold the wrap.
  • Serve in a plate cut with equal segment. See the melted malai will come out. Eat each segment at a time will feel the creamy texture.

Notes

Inside and outside both will soft. Cream will melt into the mouth that is the beauty of this recipe.
