Green chana dessert. This is a seasonal food source. Full power of protein and dietary fibre. Chana (gram) has a tendency to stabilize the blood sugar levels.
First wash the green peas thoroughly in running water. Then peel off the skin and use the gram (green chana) the way you like.

  • 1 bowl green gram
  • 2 tbsp ghee homemade
  • ½ cup coconut milk thick
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Sugar as per your taste

  • Wash and peel off the chana.
