Green chana dessert. This is a seasonal food source. Full power of protein and dietary fibre. Chana (gram) has a tendency to stabilize the blood sugar levels.
First wash the green peas thoroughly in running water. Then peel off the skin and use the gram (green chana) the way you like.

  • 1 bowl green gram
  • 2 tbsp ghee homemade
  • ½ cup coconut milk thick
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Sugar as per your taste

  • Wash and peel off the chana.

  • Heat a pan add ghee then add chana paste and stir gently in low flame.

  • Add cardamom powder, jaggery as per taste and coconut milk. Continuously stir gently until the dough release the pan.
