Banana tiny pancake
I have some ripe banana then I thought to make tiny pancake. I added wheat flour, bajra flour, semolina, grated coconut and cinnamon powder. I have not added any extra sweet. Ripe banana itself sweet if you want to add sweet you can add.

- 2 ripe banana
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ¼ cup semolina
- ¼ cup bajra flour
- ¼ cup grated coconut
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Salt
- Olive oil for shallow Pinch of sa
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, semolina, bajra flour, grated coconut, cinnamon powder, ripe bananas and pinch of salt.
- Mash the bananas and mix all ingredients then shallow fry the tiny pancakes.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
