About Chocolate Fruit And Nut Granola
Granola is a breakfast food and snack food, popular around the world, consisting of rolled oats, nuts, honey, and sometimes puffed rice, that is usually baked until crisp. During the baking process the mixture is stirred to maintain a loose, breakfast cereal-type consistency. Dried fruits, such as raisins and dates, are sometimes added.
My whole family is loves granola too much, sometimes I think we can change our surname to Granola. So when I got chance to use Kalya unsweetened cocoa powder the first thing which came in my mind was lets have some fun with Granola.Here I present chocolate Granola fully loaded with almonds,cashews and apricots. It is sure to boost your breakfast and will make your day super happy.

Ingredients
- 3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Almonds sliced
- 1/4 cup Cashews sliced
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
- 1/4 cup Apricots diced
- 3 tsp Cocoa Powder kalya unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate chopped

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper and preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Mix Oats,almonds,Cashews and roast the mix for about 10 minutes.
- In a deep pan , add oil,honey and cane sugar.Heat the mix till everything dissolves.
- Add cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.Give a nice stir.
- Add cinnamon powder,chocolate and cocoa powder.Give a nice stir.
- Take the Oats Mix in big bowl and add liquid mixture .
- Give a nice stir till all the oats are coated with honey oil mixture
- Spread this mix evenly in lined pan.
- Bake it for about 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for 2-3 hours. and break the granola.
- Add apricot slices and keep it in airtight Jar.
Recipe Notes
1. Granola recipies are generally very forgiving. You can skip any nuts and add any others based on your choice.
2. Adjust the sugar as per your taste.
3. Use any liquid sweetner .
4. Add any fruits like apricots,cranberry,dates etc
5. Chocochips also can be added
