Banana pancake This is a healthy breakfast I made this banana pancake with healthy ingredients. I used whole wheat flour, ripe banana and jaggery. If you feel difficulty for the batter you can add little semolina. I have not added any other flour because consistency should be perfect

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Banana big size ripe
  • 1/4 cup Jagerry or syrup syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut chopped
  • 2 tbsp Blueberry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, chopped coconut, jaggery, crushed cardamom and banana.

  • Mash the banana and add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.

  • Add blueberry and shallow fry the batter. I made the pancake in different looks.
