Banana pancake
This is a healthy breakfast I made this banana pancake with healthy ingredients. I used whole wheat flour, ripe banana and jaggery. If you feel difficulty for the batter you can add little semolina. I have not added any other flour because consistency should be perfect

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 big size ripe banana
- 1/4 cup jaggery syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom
- 2 tablespoon chopped coconut
- 2 tablespoon blueberry

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, chopped coconut, jaggery, crushed cardamom and banana.
- Mash the banana and add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Add blueberry and shallow fry the batter. I made the pancake in different looks.
- Now ready to serve your breakfast.
