Ingredients & Quantity
- Raw Banana Peel 1 cup
- Cumin Seed 1 tbsp
- Dry Red Chili 3
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Tamarind Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt per taste
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 tsp

How to cook?
- Take the raw Banana Peel and soak in turmeric water for 5 minute.Pressure cook in one cup of water to one whistle.
- Take a pan and heat oil.Put cumin Seed and chilis .Saute for a minute.Add banana Peel and Saute for 3-5 minute until they are dry.
Switch off the flame and cool the mixture.Now add tamarind Paste, sugar and salt.Grind the mixture to a fine paste.
- It's ready to serve .Enjoy your meal with this , or as a dip with your snacks :)
