Banana Peel Chutney

A spicy and tangy Chutney prepared from Raw Banana peel. An authentic recipe from my Mom's Kitchen.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Banana Peel
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
- 3 Dry Red Chili
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Take the raw Banana Peel and soak in turmeric water for 5 minute. Pressure cook in one cup of water to one whistle.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Put cumin Seed and chilis. Sauté for a minute. Add banana Peel and Sauté for 3-5 minute until they are dry.
- Switch off the flame and cool the mixture. Now add tamarind Paste, sugar and salt. Grind the mixture to a fine paste.
- It's ready to serve. Enjoy your meal with this , or as a dip with your snacks 🙂
