Falafel

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 leaves Coriander
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder crushed
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Grind the boiled chickpeas and green chilly to make a paste.
- Add crushed coriander powder,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder chopped coriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well.
- Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colors.
- Flipping once in between.
- Always cook in medium flame.
- Falafel is ready.
- Serve hot with tea.
