Ingredients
  

  • Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 2 - 3
  • Coriander leaves - 1tbsp
  • Crushed coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Grind the boiled chickpeas and green chilly to make a paste.
  • Add crushed coriander powder,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder chopped coriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well.
  • Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colors.
  • Flipping once in between.
  • Always cook in medium flame.
  • Falafel is ready.
  • Serve hot with tea.
