Recipe Notes

To make a simple double boiler, Take a  big size deep vessel or utensil which can be filled with water and the smaller pan should have a handle so that it can rest on the bigger vessel. But if you are a professional baker and use chocolate extensively then buying a professional Double Boiler would ease your life.
