Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Palm extract
  • 150 gms butter
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 50 gms semolina
  • 150 gms Milk powder
  • 100 gms cashew nut

Instructions
 

  • Wash Palm and peel off the skin and massage with pinch of salt. Rub with both hand will become soft.
  • Now take sharp edges glass and rub palm seeds. Extract will come out. Sprinkle with water again rub.
  • Take a maslin cloth pour the extract and hang. The remaining excess water will come out. Good result of we leave for whole night.
  • Take a pan heat add palm extract stir continuously. Gradually water will dehydrate. Add butter, semolina, sugar and milk powder.
  • Continuously stir it will like a non sticky dough. Put off the flame. Let cool then give shape with both hand.
  • Garnish with cashew nut.

Notes

It has own aroma so no need to add any essence.
