Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Chicken cut into 3 thin slices breast
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
- 5 tbsp Date Palm Jaggery
- 3 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 5 tbsp Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Cream fresh
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 5 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD, FRESH CREAM, SALT, GREEN CHILLI PASTE AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR.
- BOIL THE TAMARIND PASTE WITH A LITTLE WATER IN A PAN UNTIL IT REDUCES. NOW ADD THE JAGGERY INTO IT.
- POUR THIS MIXTURE INTO THE MARINATION. ALSO ADD THE OIL AND MIX IT WELL.
- TAKE 3 BANANA LEAF PIECES AND PARCEL THE CHICKEN PIECES INTO IT.
- STEAM IT IN A STEAMER FOR 30 MINS. SERVE IT HOT.
