Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into 3 thin slices)
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
- 5 tbsp Date Palm Jaggery
- 3 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 5 tbsp Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Cream (fresh)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 5 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, fresh cream, salt, green chilli paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Boil the tamarind paste with a little water in a pan until it reduces. Now add the jaggery into it.
- Pour this mixture into the marination. Also add the oil and mix it well.
- Take 3 banana leaf pieces and parcel the chicken pieces into it.
- Steam it in a steamer for 30 mins.Serve it hot.
