Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, fresh cream, salt, green chilli paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Boil the tamarind paste with a little water in a pan until it reduces. Now add the jaggery into it.
  • Pour this mixture into the marination. Also add the oil and mix it well.
  • Take 3 banana leaf pieces and parcel the chicken pieces into it.
  • Steam it in a steamer for 30 mins.Serve it hot.
