Team Plattershare got the invitation to review a new Café in Noida. The team comprising “Meera Girdhar, Plattershare content partner, and Monika, Plattershare esteemed member visited the cafe and prepared a detailed review of this food outlet considering customer expectations.
Let’s start –
The team found that the interior was very cool and very upcoming. They found the quotations put on walls were very different and catchy. The whole atmosphere was very cool. A Big screen for match lovers makes it a welcoming place for hanging out.
Drinks First – What first catched the team’s eyes was – “Paan Mojito drink” and “Pomegranate mojito”. Paan Mojito presentation was awesome. It was presented with a whole Paan(beetle) leaf with Gulkund (Indian mouth-freshener made with rose petals)
So if you are a Paan lover, you can try this. Though for Meera both the mojito was slightly on sweeter side. If you’re not having a sweet tooth, you can request the Chef to keep it less sweet as the team felt that the restaurant team was very responsive and friendly.
Appetizers to increase hunger: “Dahi ke Kabaab” (Cutlet made with Hung Curd) definitely won the hearts of the team members. It was very crisp from outside and very soft and creamy from inside which makes it an outstanding dish as compared to the rest of the restaurants. It was just simply melting in the mouth.
Main course to satiate the taste buds –
“Paneer Tikka Khurchan with Rumali Roti”, An Indian Sizzlers, excited Meera as the Restuarant’s Manager told about their signature dish.
Don’t you think its innovative? Sizzlers that too with Indian Dishes !! The team found it unique. So when this completely North Indian dish came, Team enjoyed the extra soft paneer and Rumali roti presented in a very different exotic way.
The sizzler was amazing. The only thing that the team felt was that Rumali roti gets hardened very fast and paneer too. So little more gravy, when added on the sizzlers will make it an unforgettable experience.
Few More bites on the Platter –
“Crispy corns” with a nice Chinese flavor tossed with vegetables gave the feel of the green and Chinese aroma. together, It was perfectly done. Crispy with perfect blend of herbs and spices. Awesome dish!!
Desserts Finally: Here comes the finale of the evening -The exotic dessert of “vanilla brownie sizzler”, it sounded so heavenly and looked so divine and the sizzle made us love the place, dessert and everything about it even more.
Service: Service was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. Hygiene was well-maintained. Team found a very comfortable space and if someone is planning to have a kitty party or outing with your family & friends, it is a nice place to enjoy.
Costing: It is quite economical. INR 1000 is enough for two people to enjoy the experience of Fine Dining with good ambiance, mood-setting music, and a big screen to chill.
Overall Feedback and Always there is something to improve : Team Platetrshare, enjoyed the cafe. Here are a few suggestions as we believe there is always an area to improve and do better.
A little less sweetness in drinks would do wonders, but of course, you can ask the guests about their sweet-tooth before serving. It will give a extra warmth and touch to your service.
Rumali roti sizzler was awesome but a spoon of rice with some kind of gravy of dal makhani or vegetable korma might give another level to the dish making it a complete north Indian meal.
Brownie sizzler presentation was also awesome.
This Feedback is based on the dishes which were served and tasted by the Team Plattershare. If you happen to visit the cafe and have a feedback to share, We would wait for your comments.
