Yield / Serves
All purpose flour maida
Finely chopped onions
Red chilli powder
Take all purpose flour add oil nd salt add water nd knead a dough..
Rest the dough for 40 min.
Let's prepare the filling take boiled potatoes add Finley chopped onions coriander leaves salt red chili powder garam masala ajwain cumin seeds mix all of them
Aftr 40 min. Daughter is ready knead dough again.take a ball fm the dough roll it and fill the aloo filling secure tightly. Nd roll it again.b rush water heat tawa add add water side down cook 2 minutes now turn tawa nd roast kulcha direct on flame.
Add butter Amritsari aloo kulcha is ready.enjoy with any curry recipe.
