difficult to make. You must have patience. Do try this easy method of making makke ki roti aka corn flat bread.

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn flour
- Multi grain flour 2 tbsp
- Water as required
- Carom seeds 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
- Fenugreek leave powder 1 tsp

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and make soft daugh.
- Greese your hands with a little bit out.
- Take lemon size dough and gently press it in between your palms.
- Cook the roties on tawa.
- Then place it direct on fire and cook well from both sides.
- Spread ghee or butter.
- Serve with white butter, sarso ka saag and jagerry.
