Ingredients
  

  • Basmati rice 300gm
  • Prawn 8 no
  • Saffron 5-6 drops
  • Curd 100gm
  • Coconut oil 5tsp
  • Deshi ghee 5tsp
  • Cardamom 5no
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • cloves 10
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Chopped ginger 1tsp
  • Green chilly slit 2 no
  • Tomato sliced 2 no
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder Pinch off
  • Garama masala powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tsp
  • Chopped mint 2 tsp
  • Brown onion 50 gm

Instructions
 

  • Firstof-all marinates the prawn with salt and ginger garlic paste. Take a handi add coconut oil and deshi ghee in 1:1 ratio. Add 2 tsp sweet spice powder (cardamom+cinnamon+clove).
  • Add bay leaf, chopped ginger and slit green chilly.
  • Add sliced onion and stir it cook till it becomes transcalent
  • Now add salt, a pinch of turmeric powder, red chilly, ginger, and garlic paste and stir it properly.
  • Add sliced tomato, coriander powder & garam masala powder.
  • Add prawn & curds mixes all of these properly.
  • Now add soaked rice stir it add water and stir it.
  • Dry excess water now adds chopped coriander and mint and brown onion and saffron.
  • Cover handi with silver foil and keep on dum for 10 min.
  • Serve hot chetinaad prawn biryani with garlic raita and garnish with mint leaf and green chilly
