Ingredients
- 5 tsp Coconut Oil
- 5 tsp Desi Ghee
- 5 no Cardamom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 10 cloves 10
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- Green Chillies slit 2 no
- 2 no Tomato sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder off
- 1/2 tsp Masala garama powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 2 tsp Mint chopped
- 50 gm Brown Onion
- 8 no Prawn
- 100 gm Curd
- 300 gm Basmati Rice
- 5 drops Saffron

Instructions
- First of all marinates the prawn with salt and ginger garlic paste. Take a handi add coconut oil and deshi ghee in 1:1 ratio.
- Add 2 tsp sweet spice powder (cardamom+cinnamon+clove). Add bay leaf, chopped ginger and slit green chilly. Add sliced onion and stir it cook till it become light brown.
- Now add salt, pinch of turmeric powder, red chilly, ginger, and garlic paste stir it properly
- Add sliced tomato, coriander powder & garam masala powder. Add prawn & curd mixes all of these properly.
- Now add soaked rice stir it add water and stir it. Dry excess water now adds chopped coriander and mint and brown onion and saffron.
- Cover handi with silver foil and keep on dum for 10 min. Serve hot chetinaad prawn biryani with garlic raita and garnish with mint leaf and green chilly.
