A simple green colour snack prepared from methi ( fenugreek leaves), mint leaves, coriander leaves mixed with the gram flour and rice flour.

Ingredients
- For paste -
- ½ cup fenugreek leaves
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 2 - 3 green chilli
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup oil
- For sev -
- ½ cup rice flour
- 150 gm gram flour
- ½ tsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 cup oil for deep frying

Instructions
- In a mixer jar add tri colour leaves, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, salt , water and blend it.
- In a bowl add rice flour, gram flour, chat masala, oil, sesame seeds and mix well.
- Now our puree is ready.
- Knead this adding the puree little by little.
- Make the dough and keep it aside.
- Grease the chakli press fitted with sev attachment and put the dough into it.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Press the chakli press into hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Let it cool.
- Store in air tight container.
- Serve with hot tea or coffee.
