Paneer paratha is a very soft and tasty paratha. Indian people are very crazy about different types of paratha. Some people have regular habit of eating paratha.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm paneer
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Clarified butter for shallow fry
  • 1 cup wheat flour for dough
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Paneer, mashed potato, boiled green peas, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt.

  • Fill the mixture in the dough. Then shallow fry with ghee, both sides evenly cooked.

  • Serve with veg curry or non-veg curry. You can carry the paratha while you are traveling. Can be in your tiffin box for school, college, office and picnic.
