Wheat dalia
This is healthy and whole sum food. We can have this wheat dalia in our breakfast. In winter we get variety of green vegetables we can easily add them.

Ingredients
- ½ cup wheat dalia
- ¼ cup beetroot chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder roasted
- ½ teaspoon black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Dry roast the dalia. Boil 1½ cup water then put off the burner. Pour the roasted dalia into boiled water. Close with lid, give rest for 1 hr. Dalia will soak the water and swelled.
- In other side heat 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic, chopped chillies, chopped veggies beetroot. Stir until cooked add roasted cumin powder, crushed black pepper and salt.
- Add the soaked dalia and combine all together. No need to add any water. Serve along with any fruits. It is light and healthy breakfast.
