  • Dry roast the dalia. Boil 1½ cup water then put off the burner. Pour the roasted dalia into boiled water. Close with lid, give rest for 1 hr. Dalia will soak the water and swelled.

  • In other side heat 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic, chopped chillies, chopped veggies beetroot. Stir until cooked add roasted cumin powder, crushed black pepper and salt.

  • Add the soaked dalia and combine all together. No need to add any water. Serve along with any fruits. It is light and healthy breakfast.
