Kuzhi Paniyaram~
Spongy savory dumplings with crisp exterior, made from fermented idli/dosa batter. Served with coconut chutney it’s one of the everday breakfast from the South Indian cuisine. Also knwn as Appe its made on Aebleskiver pan that comes with mini semi circle moulds.

Ingredients
- 1 packet instant white dhokla mix use gits or mtr b
- 2-3 tablespoon curd
- 230 ml water
- 2-3 tablespoon oil
- For coconut chutney : Fresh coconut chopped
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1-2 tablespoon oil

Instructions
- in a mixing bowl combine curd, water & oil . Mix well . Add the white dhokla mix & beat the mixture throughly so dat there are no lumps
- Heat a paniyaram pan add lil bit of oil in each mould . Add spoonful of the prepared batter in each of the mould. Cook till done on one side
- then flip it to cook the other side . Its done now .
- For coconut chutney grate the coconut in a mixture grinder with 1/2 cup water. In a vessel heat oil . Add the mustard seeds & curry leaves & let it splutter. Add the coconut paste, salt & let it cook for few minutes . Serve hot with appe !!!!
