Kuzhi Paniyaram

Ingredients
- 1 packet instant white dhokla mix use gits or mtr b
- 2-3 tbsp curd
- 230 ml water
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- For coconut chutney : Fresh coconut chopped
- Salt
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1-2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- in a mixing bowl combine curd, water & oil . Mix well . Add the white dhokla mix & beat the mixture throughly so dat there are no lumps
- Heat a paniyaram pan add lil bit of oil in each mould . Add spoonful of the prepared batter in each of the mould. Cook till done on one side
- then flip it to cook the other side . Its done now .
- For coconut chutney grate the coconut in a mixture grinder with 1/2 cup water. In a vessel heat oil . Add the mustard seeds & curry leaves & let it splutter. Add the coconut paste, salt & let it cook for few minutes . Serve hot with appe !!!!
