I am so loving this process of weight loss & I am loving the way I am playing with different food these days. Like most of the people i too crave for sweets at times & I try to improvise general ingredients available in my kitchen.
Today I am sharing this extremely healthy & mindbogglingly tasty 🙂 i love eating namkeen Dalia from my childhood, but i use to hate it with milk.
I am making kheer out of these two ingredient & I bet you will just fall in love with this super healthy dessert.
Dalia is low in fats that not only aids in weight management but also prevents obesity, it is high in protein and low in fat and calories, it offers you nutrients without adding pounds to your body. So do start having this wonderful bowl of health in your routine. You just cant have enough of it:)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dalia broken wheat
  • 2 cup Milk low fat
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar stevia or jaggery or white sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
  • 4-5 Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast daliya in a pan, till light golden
  • Boil excess water in a big container & boiled daliya, the way you boil rice.
  • Strain excess water & put it on heat for 3-6 mins so that excess water gets absorved
  • Now add milk in the same container & boil for 5-10 mins, don't make it too thick.
  • Now add cinnamon powder & stir well.
  • Add stevia & sugar free stir well & put of the gas.
  • Now refrigerate it for 1 hour
  • Garnish with almond flakes & your health bowl is ready:)

Notes

  • You can use any milk
  • You can choose sweatner of your choice
  • You can also add some milkmaid for consistency
