It is one of those salad dressings which has nothing to do with the Teriyaki style of Japanese cooking but as its found in Teriyaki restaurant, so the name. You don’t even have to go to culinary trade school to make it.

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients and blend it in the blender/ grinder or food processor for 5 -7 minutes until it gives the creamy texture. Keep it in airtight container. If refrigerated it can last for a week.
