- Chicken thigh boneless – 100gm
- Dark soya sauce- 50ml
- Mirin-50ml
- Sugar- 25gm
- Corn flour slurry- 25gm
- Oil- 20ml

- Heat oil in a pan, sear chicken thigh from both the sides and allow it to cook.
- In a sauce pan add soya, mirin and sugar and allow it to boil for a while
- Once sugar gets dissolve add in corn flour slurry and adjust consistency. This is the simple way to make the famous Japanese Teriyaki Sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in prepared teriyaki sauce.
