  • 100 gm Chicken thigh boneless
  • 50 ml Soya sauce dark
  • 50 ml Mirin
  • 25 gm Sugar
  • 25 gm Corn flour slurry
  • 20 ml Oil


  • Heat oil in a pan, sear chicken thigh from both the sides and allow it to cook.
  • In a sauce pan add soya, mirin and sugar and allow it to boil for a while
  • Once sugar gets dissolve add in corn flour slurry and adjust consistency. This is the simple way to make the famous Japanese Teriyaki Sauce.
  • Toss cooked chicken in prepared teriyaki sauce.
  • Your Chicken Teriyaki is ready to be served.
