Ingredients
- 100 gm Chicken thigh boneless
- 50 ml Soya sauce dark
- 50 ml Mirin
- 25 gm Sugar
- 25 gm Corn flour slurry
- 20 ml Oil

- Heat oil in a pan, sear chicken thigh from both the sides and allow it to cook.
- In a sauce pan add soya, mirin and sugar and allow it to boil for a while
- Once sugar gets dissolve add in corn flour slurry and adjust consistency. This is the simple way to make the famous Japanese Teriyaki Sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in prepared teriyaki sauce.
- Your Chicken Teriyaki is ready to be served.
