Ingredients
 

  • 4 tbsp Mango chopped raw
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber chopped
  • 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1 leaves Mint chopped
  • 1 leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Peanuts roasted crushed
  • Dressing thai green
  • 1 tsp Green Sauce thai
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flex
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl,add raw mango,cucumber,carrot and capsicum and mix well.
  • Add mint leaves,coriander leaves and peanuts.
  • Add Thai green dressing and mix well.
  • Garnish with roasted crushed peanuts.
