  • Chopped raw mango - 4 tbsp
  • Chopped cucumber - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves - 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Roasted crushed peanuts - 1 tsp
  • Thai green dressing
  • Thai green sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar - 1 tsp
  • Chilli flex - 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl,add raw mango,cucumber,carrot and capsicum and mix well.
  • Add mint leaves,coriander leaves and peanuts.
  • Add Thai green dressing and mix well.
  • Garnish with roasted crushed peanuts.
