Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Chicken
  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced
  • 1 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 cloves ............ 2-3
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 Coriander Powder tsps
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder optional
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 3 tbsps Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken and set it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the whole spices mentioned in the list. When they give out an aroma tip in the sliced onions and saute.

  • Next add the ginger garlic paste, tomato and green chillies. Stir fry.

  • Add the spinach and salt. Saute a little to mix everything.

  • Add the chicken pieces and the spice powders. Saute for 2 minutes. Simmer to cook on low flame. Sprinkle a little water if needed.
