Teriyaki Chicken Wings

This is my Award winning and Signature dish which has won many awards including Hyper Budding Chef , Kitchen Queen and many more. Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of teriyaki sauce.Traditionally the meat is dipped in or brushed with sauce several times during cooking. This popular dish was originally created by Japanese cooks of the seventeenth century, when urbanization, changes in agricultural methods and exposure to new ingredients from abroad gave rise to new, innovative cooking styles.

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken wings
- Oil for deep frying
- 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2-3 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 egg
- 2-3 tbsp All purpose flour maida
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Honey

Instructions
- Firstly, marination of Chicken wings are required. For that, Firstly take a bowl, put chicken wings. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, half teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon lemon (optional)
- Let the marinated chicken rest for 15 minutes so that all the flavours of the marination restores in it.
- Take another bowl, put some all purpose flour, break the eggs into it, sprinkle some salt and black pepper. Whisk it well to avoid lumps. The batter should be smooth and consistency should be of pan cake batter.
- Now dip the marinated chicken wings into the batter and deep fry until its cooked.
For Teriyaki sauce
- Take a pan, put some Oil, add half teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saute until it sweats.
- Now add all the mentioned sauces into it, add 2 tsp honey and mix well. Do not Cook too much as the sauce will start reducing.
- Now add the fried chicken into it and mix well so that the sauce should coat on the chicken wings.
- (Optional) this ready teriyaki chicken wings can be place in a pre-heat oven on 180' C for 10 mints for broiling.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or grilled veggies
