Aam Angoor Aachar

Aachar season is running in full swing. Ladies are busy busy in making aachars, which can be stored whole year. Also some aachar are consume fresh & can be stored in refrigerator for several days. Here is one new combination of grapes & raw mangoes.

  • 1 cup raw mango dices
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup aachar masala
  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • Wash & clean raw mangoes properly & cut into dices.
  • Separate grapes, wash & blanch it.
  • Drain out water from frapes & let it dry.
  • Then mix mango dices, grapes & aachar masala properly
  • Add oil & mix well
  • Store this fresh aachar in refrigerator.


  • You can adjust aachar masala as per your taste.
  • You can made aachar masala at home by mixing 1/2 cup each, broken mustard seeds, broken fenugreek seeds, red chilli powder,salt & 1/4 cup oil, 1 tsp asafoetida.
