Stuffed mat paratha is my innovative recipe. It's looks like a mat. It's very healthy for kids.

Ingredients
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup spinach puree
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala

Instructions
- In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, add spinach puree, ½ tsp salt and knead a dough.
- In a another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt, water and knead a dough.
- In a bowl add grated cheese, chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Now roll spinach dough chapatti and cut 1 inch width wise strips.
- Now roll plain flour dough chapatti and cut 1 inch width wise strips.
- Now arrange one by one strips and make a mat.
- Now fill stuffing in paratha and cover with another chapatti.
- Press the edges with fork and shallow fry the paratha Until crispy.
- Now our stuffed mat paratha is ready to serve.
