Ingredients
- 2 Bananas raw
- 2 spoons Green Chillies or ginger grated and ginger tea each
- 1/4 spoon Turmeric Powder or hing hing tea powder tea
- 2 spoons Desi Ghee finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves tea
- whole wheat flour or water, or roti, or dough and water for making roti dough

- Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour add required salt and a tea spoon of oil and mix well. Add water and knead it to a soft dough. Now the dough is ready for making Parathas. Keep it aside.
- Remove the stem of the raw banana and steam cook it for 15 to 20 minutes or micro wave it till the skin becomes dark brown.
- Make sure the banana is well boiled._x000D_ After it gets cool down peel the skin of it.
- In a broad bowl mash the boiled raw banana well and add all other ingredients mentioned above except the whole wheat flour and water
- Mix well with your hand._x000D_ Make them into small lemon size balls.
- Take a big lemon size balls from the wheat dough and roll them into 4 inch diameter thick rotis._x000D_ Place the banana stuff on the centre. Bring the edges together and make them into balls._x000D_ Again roll them into rotis.Cook on both sides in a tawa with oil or butter or ghee.
