- 1/4 cup chopped beetroot
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped papaya
- 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Chopped green chillies
- Fresh coriander
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt to taste

- For making the fillings heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped carrot, chopped mushroom, chopped papaya, chopped beetroot, chopped cabbage, green chillies and salt.
- Cook for a few minutes, add coriander leaves then keep aside.
- Now make a batter with rice flour, chickpea flour, salt, black pepper powder and little water. Consistency should be perfect.

- Give al little oil brush in a preheated pan. Fill the batter in a piping bag then drop in a zig zag way on the pan.
- Then fill with cooked vegetables and fold. Now serve crispy wrap with vegetables.
