Crispy Wrap With Vegetables

Sometimes kids don't want to eat green vegetables. There are so many ways to feed them vegetables. This is one of the stylish way to treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped beetroot
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Fresh coriander
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • For making the fillings heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped carrot, chopped mushroom, chopped papaya, chopped beetroot, chopped cabbage, green chillies and salt.
  • Cook for a few minutes, add coriander leaves then keep aside.
  • Now make a batter with rice flour, chickpea flour, salt, black pepper powder and little water. Consistency should be perfect.

  • Give al little oil brush in a preheated pan. Fill the batter in a piping bag then drop in a zig zag way on the pan.
  • Then fill with cooked vegetables and fold. Now serve crispy wrap with vegetables.
